Frameful Photography retains full copyright to all images produced during any session, event, or commissioned project. This includes the rights to reproduce, publish, and use the images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

Client usage rights:

Client(s) are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to:

  • Download and store the delivered images.
  • Share on personal social media accounts.
  • Print for personal use.
  • Use for personal announcements, such as save‑the‑dates and holiday cards.

Clients may not use:

  • Sell, license, or transfer the images to third parties.
  • Alter the images with filters or edits that significantly change the photographer’s style.

Commercial Use:

 Businesses, brands, or individuals seeking commercial usage (advertising, marketing, product promotion, etc.) must obtain written permission. Fees vary depending on usage, distribution, and duration.

Photographer Portfolio Use

Frameful Photography may use selected photos for:

  • Website and portfolio galleries.
  • Social media posts.
  • Print marketing.
  • Competition submissions.

If a client prefers certain images not to be shared publicly, a privacy request can be made before the session or at the time of image delivery.

Release:

 By participating in a session, clients grant permission for the photographer to use their likeness in promotional materials unless a written opt‑out is submitted.0

Image Protection:

Unauthorized reproduction, scanning, editing, or distribution of images is prohibited and may result in legal action under U.S. copyright law.

Policy


Booking & Payment:

  • A non‑refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your session date.
  • The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.
  • Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session forfeit the retainer.
  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Weather‑related rescheduling is permitted at Frameful Photography’s discretion.

Session Conduct:

  • Arrive on time at least 30-45 minutes in advance; late arrivals reduce shooting time.
  • Frameful Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to tardiness, uncooperative behavior, or restrictions at the chosen location.
  • Safety is prioritized—no unsafe poses, locations, or requests will be accommodated.

Editing & Turnaround:

  • Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days, maybe longer depending on session type.
  • All delivered images include professional color correction and retouching in the photographer’s signature style.
  • RAW/unedited files are NOT!!! released under any circumstances.

Image Delivery:

  • Final images are delivered via a secure online gallery.
  • Galleries remain active for 30 days; clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

Location & Permits:

  • Clients are responsible for any location fees or permits required for shooting.
  • Frameful Photography will advise if a location typically requires permission.

Refunds:

  • Due to the nature of creative services, all sales are final!!!
  • Refunds are only issued if Frameful Photography cancels the session.

  • Frameful Photography strives to deliver high‑quality work that reflects their artistic style.
  • Booking a session acknowledges acceptance of this style and the policies listed above.
